Level Three is where our Problem Asset Recovery Team shines. Implementation includes selecting the best alternative approach from Level 2 and then developing a cost-to-complete analysis, valuations of pre and post renovations, performing rehabilitative work to the project, handling tenant evictions and re-stabilizing the project, solving any legal obstacles and putting in place aggressive sales and atypical leasing approaches.
