Level Three is where our Problem Asset Recovery Team shines. Implementation includes selecting the best alternative approach from Level 2 and then developing a cost-to-complete analysis, valuations of pre and post renovations, performing rehabilitative work to the project, handling tenant evictions and re-stabilizing the project, solving any legal obstacles and putting in place aggressive sales and atypical leasing approaches. Every property is different and the needs of each will vary greatly. Suggestion: We recognize that properties don't fail without significant obstacles being present. PART is the hands-on team to affordably solve the problems, stabilize the asset's value and swiftly get the property back to the marketplace.
