After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Finance and a degree in Real Estate, Jonathan Moore began working in the lending department of a large national insurance company. At this time the company was foreclosing on many of its real estate loans. As a result of dealing with these properties, Mr. Moore became an expert in dealing with underperforming properties. He founded Acquisition Consultants nearly twenty years ago as a broker and developer making a niche business out of fixing broken-down real estate. Given the unprecedented volume of problem assets in the market today, and likely more to come, Mr. Moore embarked on offering the best coordinated solution for the bank asset manager or REO officer.
